Rosary pliers as the name implies is the traditional tool for making a rosary. They are a combination tool of round nose pliers and side cutters in one tool. The side cutters are used for cutting soft wire and thread where as the round nose pliers are used for making loops, circles and coils, wrapping wire, holding beading thread, opening and closing eye pins or jump rings and crimping. The benefit of rosary pliers is that you don’t have to keep changing tools.
