How do I create an account?
We have disabled the ability to create accounts, you just add your products and proceed through the checkout process, no account is needed

Do I need to create an account?
No we have disabled the facility to create accounts to make it easier for customers, just add your products and proceed through the checkout process, no account is needed

Do your prices include vat?
We are not currently vat registered, so there are no additional vat charges, the price shown is the price you pay

How much do you charge for p&p?
UK postage is £1.50, European postage is £6.00, Global postage outside of the UK is £8.00

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, if you only require one item that’s no problem.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Because we are constantly updating the products on our website, we don’t have a printed catalogue

Can we visit the store?
We are currently an online business only, and do not have a premises for customers to visit at present

Do you offer drop-shipping?
We don’t offer a drop shipping service or sell our products via a third party such as eBay or any other auctioning site.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or over the phone. To place an order online add the items you require to your shopping basket then proceed to the checkout. At the checkout stage you can either make a payment via PayPal, which will allow you to pay via your credit card, debit card or through a PayPal account, or you can pay over the phone. YOU DON’T need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, it’s just a payment gateway.

Can I order if the Country I live in isn’t listed?
Yes just send us and email with the Country you would like an order shipped to and we will add it to our database.
