At Crystal and Glass Beads.com we are fully committed to providing our customers with quality products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased items please notify us within 10 working days of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund (excluding postage) providing the items are unused and undamaged, once we have received the returned items. Please note all returned items/orders must:
- Include either the original invoice / a copy of the invoice or an accompanying letter with the name, order number and contact no (in case of any problems deciphering who to refund).
- You MUST notify us of your intention to return any goods within 10 working days of receiving your goods.
- It's recommended to return goods in a suitable protective packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged
- A recommendation if returning orders of value is to use Recorded/Special Delivery (depending on the Value) so that the items are insured against loss by the Royal Mail.
- Refunds can only be credited to the card/ Paypal account originally debited.
