Postage Charges

There are no minimum orders.

When ordering online we ship our products to UK only.

We have standardized postage charges:

£2.20 for all UK mainland orders

£3.65 for all UK Recorded mainland orders

We don't currently deliver to any countries outside UK.

All Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
If any item is out of stock we will notify you by email/telephone. 1st Class orders of Semi Precious Beads or Glass Beads over 1kg in weight will be sent 2nd Class due to the weight.

Please note orders of heavy items such as the ordering of multiple adhesives or gemstones may incur an additional charge if the order weight is above 500g to cover any extra postal cost.

Delivery Times

UK Royal Mail First Class & Recorded: Usually arrives within 2 working days (Royal Mail can in rare cases can take up to 15 days)

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery: Arrives Next day usually before 1pm (Royal Mail only deliver Monday to Friday)
