This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by CrystalandGlassBeads.com

1. How to order

We currently have only one form of ordering and that is online via Papal a secure payment gateway that accepts Credit cards/ Debit cards and Pay Pal account holders. To provide the most efficient service we can, when placing orders it is helpful if you can give a daytime phone number or email address in case of queries.

2. Prices

All prices stated on the wed site are in Pounds Sterling.

3. Weights

All weights and quantities displayed on our website are estimated approximations only. Items sold by the string may vary slightly in weight and quantity.

4. Electronic communications

When you visiting CrystalandGlassBeads.com, use our contact form or sending us an e-mail you are communicating with us electronically (sending us an electronic communication). By doing so you are consent to receive electronic communications from us through e-mail and website postings. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: We do not provide any email addresses on this site due to the Increasing volume of Spam emails we receive.

5. Postage

There are no minimum orders.

We have standardized a postage charge of: £1.50 for all UK mainland orders, £6.00 for all orders delivered within Europe, and £8.00 for all deliveries outside Europe.

6. Delivery times

All Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing an order, Monday - Friday (We try our best to dispatch the same day).
If any item is out of stock we will notify you by email/telephone.

UK Royal Mail First Class Recorded: Usually arrives within 2 working days (Royal Mail can in rare cases can take up to 15 days)

Airmail to Europe: Usually takes 3-5 working days (Airmail can in rare cases take up to 20 days)

Airmail to the rest of the world: Usually takes 5-7 working days (Airmail can in rare cases take up to 20 days)

7. Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased items please notify us via our contact form, within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund of the items ordered excluding postage costs.

Please note all returned items must be:

1. In their original packing, unused, well packed and with the original invoice enclosed.
2. You MUST notify us of your intention to return any goods within 7 days of receiving them, via our
   contact form contact form.
3. Please return goods in a suitable protective packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged
   in transit.
4. Please send returned goods by recorded delivery.
5. Refunds can only be credited to the card originally debited.
6. Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.

8. Out of stock items

We try our best to constantly have a supply of all the goods shown on our site but instances will occur when items ordered are out of stock. In such cases we will notify you of any items that are not in stock on the date of your order. You will only be charged for items which are in stock; items not in stock will be shown on the invoice as out of stock. If we are expecting delivery of the stock items missing from your order within 7 days we will offer to place these items on back order. In such cases when we receive delivery of the new stock any outstanding items we will ship to you free of charge providing the order exceeds £2.00.

9. Complaints & Suggestions

If you have a complaint or suggestion about our service please contact us via our contact form and we will do our utmost to reply and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We will keep you informed as to the steps being taken to resolve your issue/s.

10. Bead Consistency

Some of the beads on our site are handmade which may result in:

• Slight differences in product shapes
• Slight differences in colour
• Some colours may fade over time due to the nature of their manufacturing process.

Please note:

As monitors are all calibrated in a slightly different way colour tonal differences of our products will occur this is something that is unavoidable. If you are unhappy with your delivery in anyway please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. (Please refer to refunds for conditions)

11. Losses

CrystalandGlassBeads.com will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

12. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

13. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

14. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Welsh courts.
