How do I create an account?
Either proceed to the checkout when you are ready then you will be given the choice to create an account or alternatively select the Register Option at the top of the page.
Do I need to create an account?
It's entirely at your discretion, you can checkout without creating an account or create an account which will enable you to view previous orders, store addresses and create wish lists.
Do your prices include vat?
There is no additional VAT or tax on prices shown.
How much do you charge for p&p?
UK postage is £2.20 1st Class, £3.30 Recorded 1st Class, £7.94 Special Delivery Next Day (Mon-Fri), European postage is £10.00.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order, if you only require one item that’s no problem.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Because we are constantly updating the products on our website, we don’t have a printed catalogue
Can we visit the store?
We are currently an online business only, and do not have a premises for customers to visit at present
Do you offer drop-shipping?
We don’t offer a drop shipping service or sell our products via a third party such as eBay or any other auctioning site.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or over the phone. To place an order online add the items you require to your shopping basket then proceed to the checkout. At the checkout stage you can either make a payment via Sagepay or PayPal, which will allow you to pay via your credit card, debit card or through a PayPal account, or you can pay over the phone. YOU DON’T need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, it’s just a payment gateway.
Can I order if the Country I live in isn’t listed?
Unfortunately we only deliver to the countries listed at present (Europe) any orders placed for delivery outside of Europe will be charged a cancellation fee charged by the payment processor.
