This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by CrystalandGlassBeads. Please read these terms carefully. You may wish to print and keep a copy of them for your reference. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

1. How to order

We currently have a number of ways to order: a. Paypal: A secure payment gateway that accepts Credit cards/ Debit cards and Pay Pal account holders b. SagePay: A secure payment gateway that accepts Credit cards/ Debit cards. c. Place an order via the website and select pay by phone, you then call with your order number and make payment. d. Over the phone. To provide the most efficient service we can, when placing orders it is helpful if you can give a daytime phone number or email address in case of queries. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us.

2. Prices

All prices stated on the web site are in Pounds Sterling.

3. Weights

All quantities displayed on our website are estimated approximations only. Items sold by the string may vary slightly in weight and quantity.

4. Electronic communications

When you visiting CrystalandGlassBeads.com, use our contact form or sending us an e-mail you are communicating with us electronically (sending us an electronic communication). By doing so you are consent to receive electronic communications from us through e-mail and website postings. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Postage

There is minimum order amount and due to circumstances Now as of 09/11/2023 ALL orders even those with Next Day delivery postage will be DISPATCHES within 2 working days. We have standardized a postage charge of: £2.20 for all UK mainland orders, £3.65 for UK mainland Recorded Delivery orders, £7.95 for Special delivery (Monday to Friday delivery only), Orders of heavy items such as the ordering of multiple adhesives, jewellery making tools or gemstones may incur an additional charge if the order weight is above 500g to cover any extra postal cost or the order may be sent 2nd class. Orders of Semi Precious Beads and Lampwork Glass Beads over 1kg in weight will be sent via 2nd class.), Please note: we do not ship outside of the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will be charged a cancellation fee (to refund the payment). Please note UK Orders of £50 and over are sent via Recorded Deliver for insurance purposes and require a signature upon delivery, if you would like a neighbour to sign for the package please let us know when ordering.

6. Returns

At Crystal and Glass Beads.com we are fully committed to providing our customers with quality products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased items please notify us within 10 working days of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund (excluding postage) once we have received the returned items. You can contact us via our contact form, email, telephone or writing. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you do not return the goods, we are entitled to collect them and charge you the cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before you return them to us, and this results in their damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. You MUST notify us of your intention to return any goods within 10 working days of receiving your goods. It's recommended to return goods in a suitable protective packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged in transit. A recommendation if returning orders of value is to use Recorded/Special Delivery (depending on the Value) so that the items are insured against loss by the Royal Mail. Refunds can only be credited to the card/ Paypal account originally debited. All returned goods must be delivered to:

7. Out of stock items

We try our best to constantly have a supply of all the goods shown on our site but instances will occur when items ordered are out of stock. In such cases we will notify you of any items that are not in stock on the date of your order. You will only be charged for items which are in stock; items not in stock will be shown on the invoice as out of stock. If we are expecting delivery of the stock items missing from your order within 7 days we will offer to place these items on back order. In such cases when we receive delivery of the new stock any outstanding items we will ship to you free of charge providing the order exceeds £2.00.

8. Complaints & Suggestions

If you have a complaint or suggestion about our service please contact us via our contact form and we will do our utmost to reply and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will keep you informed as to the steps being taken to resolve your issue/s.

9. Bead Consistency

Some of the beads on our site are handmade which may result in: Slight differences in product shapes Slight differences in colour Some colours may fade over time due to the nature of their manufacturing process. Please note: As monitors are all calibrated in a slightly different way colour tonal differences of our products will occur this is something that is unavoidable. If you are unhappy with your delivery in anyway please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. (Please refer to refunds for conditions)

10. Losses

CrystalandGlassBeads.com will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

11. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Welsh courts.
