Returns & Refunds

At Crystal and Glass Beads.com we are fully committed to providing our customers with quality products.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased items please notify us via our contact form, within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund of the items ordered excluding postage costs.

Please note all returned items must be:

• In their original packing, unused, well packed and with the original invoice enclosed.
• You MUST notify us of your intention to return any goods within 7 days of receiving them, via our
  contact form contact form.
• Please return goods in a suitable protective packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged
  in transit.
• Please send returned goods by recorded delivery.
• Refunds can only be credited to the card originally debited.
• Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
