The Jewel setter is perfect for picking up small beads or rhinestones and positioning them for gluing onto a surface. The tip of the setter is sticky so that you can just touch the top of a rhinestone and it will stick to the tip. You can either apply glue to the rhinestone and then press it onto a surface, or apply the adhesive directly to the surface and press the rhinestone into the adhesive.
