Wire & Bead Jewellery Workshops

Wirejewellery Course information:

BEGINNER’S WORKSHOP: This is an intensive ‘taster day’ for the total beginner or someone who needs refreshing with their wire working techniques. You will be tutored to thread beads with wire, create spirals and coils, make bead cages, simple chain links and clasps ... culminating in designing and fabricating your own unique piece of jewellery to take home.

INTERMEDIATE WORKSHOP: This is a day session for someone who already has basic knowledge of wire working skills, where the workshop can be adapted to suit their skill level and needs. Working with a Jig, Spiral Bead Maker and learning how to twist and plait wire to create stunning bangles and rings are just some of the techniques on offer. From this experience, you will be able to design and create your own unique piece to take home.

TIARA WORKSHOP: This day session is ideal for someone considering creating wedding jewellery to expand into a business, or for a bride-to-be wishing to create her own distinctly original jewellery to blend with her wedding theme. No previous experience is necessary (but helpful!) as you will be tutored into how to create different tiara styles and hair accessories, culminating in the creation of a finished piece of your own design, to take home.  

All Workshops Are Held At The Stable Studios, Hadlow, Near Tonbridge In Kent. Tutored By Linda Jones (jewellery designer and author).
